Main job purpose
An international experience about the development of Global Customers. You will have access to a multicultural community with a considerable amount of knowledge. This experience will:
- Increase understanding of how Global Customers operate;
- Develop ability to contribute to and manage the link between retailer trend and Unilever’s strategies and operations;
- Develop and contribute and follow global customer and shopper marketing programs and new initiatives, with focus on repeatable model, market development, JBP and Perfect Store 2.0 landed in store.
Job summary
- Manage the data analytics for Carrefour Account: monthly report, market information…
- Deep dive and work with category team to understand the category growth drivers and engage the relevant countries;
- Follow up with the deployment with countries, provide the relevant documents, collect the best practices across countries on priority categories to lead effectively Perfect Store best practice and share most promising Market Development initiatives to further grow key categories;
- Manage the Communication flow: build the format, share the best practices, create the interactive forum to exchange information between global team and countries;
- Responsible for shopper and customer marketing section update;
Key Requirements
- Good team spirit & work in virtual teams (influence);
- Innovative and creative; propose recommendations on how to improve ways of doing incremental business for countries;
- Analytical confidence and proactive thinker;
- Strong communication skills;
- Proactive, take initiative and work independently, enthusiastic, ambitious and flexible;
- Fulltime available for a 6 month internship, start date 1st March, 2017;
- Fluent English is a must.
