Role overview

BLUE is the web-based system that Unilever uses to manage packaging artwork projects. The Artwork Process team in Rotterdam includes a team of BLUE Artwork Management System Administrators (AMSAs) who oversee the day-to-day operation of the system, support the user community, run KPI reports and troubleshoot issues. The role of the BLUE Artwork Management System Intern would be to:

 

- Assist the AMSAs in making changes to user profiles in BLUE as needed

- Helps with the process of ingesting files into BLUE from Mass Transit and applying key words and metadata

- Unlock user accounts

- Help with some reporting requests which can require manual sorting

- Support AMSAs with other miscellaneous activities related to the system configuration or settings

- Depending on ability, help support users with basic day-to-day problem solving related to BLUE

- Create some simple guides in Powerpoint

• Able to work with diverse group of people
• Tech-savvy, some familiarity with databases and web-based systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel  & Powerpoint
• Able to take direction; quick learner
• Task driven and willing to do activities that could be defined as tedious and time consuming
• Some experience with web design or graphic design a plus
• Good people skills helpful
