The Game is (P)on: Discover the Pon Management Traineeship

Are you (almost) graduated and curious to know what it's like to work as a Management Trainee at one of the largest family-owned businesses in the Netherlands? During the (P)Online Experience Week, you will get a unique look behind the scenes at our diverse companies, from Automotive to Pon.Bike and Power Systems. You can choose which sessions to participate in.

Experience Week Program (March 23 – 27, 2026)

• Monday, March 23: 10:00 a.m. – Introduction to Pon & Management Traineeship | 2:00 p.m. – Project Deep Dive: Pon.Bike (including Gazelle, Swapfiets)
• Tuesday, March 24: 9:00 a.m. – International Project: Focus on Asia | 4:00 p.m. – Personal Development & Coaching within Pon
• Wednesday, March 25: 10:00 a.m. – Project Deep Dive: Automotive (including Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche)
• Thursday, March 26: 4:00 p.m. – International Project: Focus on the US
• Friday, March 27: 1:00 p.m. – Meet the Alumni: What do you do after your traineeship?

Key Dates Selection Process

• March 5, 2026: Management Traineeship vacancy officially opens
• April 8, 2026: Deadline for submitting your application
• May 2026: Selection days, assessments, and interviews
• September 2026: Start date for the new group of Trainees

Who are we looking for?

• You are a WO Master’s student in the final stage of your studies or have a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
• You have a strong commercial drive, are entrepreneurial, and curious.
• You have an excellent command of both the Dutch and English languages.
