What does a day as a Management Trainee at Pon look like? During the Experience Week from March 23-27, you will find out. We will take you on a tour of our business units and dive deep into the opportunities our traineeship offers you. Ask questions to current trainees, get a feel for the atmosphere, and discover how you can make an impact in the world of mobility.

What is the traineeship like

The traineeship lasts 20 months. You determine project 1 together with the Talent Development Manager. After that, you're in the driver's seat. But with enthusiastic fellow trainees, mentors and coaches in the back seat, so that you get everything out of yourself and each other. You run three projects of six months, plus a Customer Experience track (on the shop floor!) of two months. The projects take you along different business domains and function groups. In this way you will discover what you like and where your strengths lie. During your final project, together we will look for a Pon exit job that suits you. Think of positions such as Business Development Manager, Proposition Marketeer, Team Lead Inside Sales, (Digital) Project Manager, Operations Manager, Customer Success Manager, Business Assistant and (many) other roles.

What to bring:

  • A healthy dose of independence, curiosity, flexibility and (most importantly) entrepreneurship.
  • You connect easily and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and at all levels within the organization.
  • You have a demonstrable affinity with the mobility sector and the drive to make a positive impact.
  • You are motivated to gain experience within the company's core business and grow into a leadership role within Pon in the coming years.
  • A Master’s degree (University), preferably supplemented with (some) experience in international settings.
  • You live in the Netherlands or Germany.
  • You have communication skills in English and Dutch, or English and German, depending on where you live.
  • You have less than 2 years of work experience since completing your university master's degree.
  • In the end, we are especially curious about you as a person. Why have you made certain choices and how has this shaped you?
