During the traineeship you will be attending trainings in a selected group. During the first 3 weeks you will receive several trainings such ass cross cultural training, presentation skills and communication training. Besides that, you will receive multiple SAP related trainings. During these trainings you will develop yourself as a consultant with a lot of knowledge within IT Information systems.
After the 3-week training you are going to work for 6 weeks on an on-shoreproject. After this period, you are going to work, 5 months to one of our offshore locations in India or the Philippines with an ambitious group of starters. There, you are going to work on challenging SAP IT project for our Dutch clients. You will get an intensive training on-the-job. Besides project management you will give your IT and strategic knowledge an impulse.
Your impact
During the international IT Traineeship, you will get the theoretical and practical knowledge needed to start with a project when you are back in the Netherlands. You will start at one of our SAP projects at our client in the Netherlands. We at Accenture help our clients to determine what they need to do, define how they need to do it and support them by doing it and realizing the expected results! During the assignments at our clients, you will work in international and multidisciplinary project teams. This means you will have the opportunity to see different leading organizations and gain experience in a wide variety of business topics. Each project is a new challenge.
• Fulltime available from the 1st of September 2018;
• Finished your Bachelor or Master in a technical or business direction.;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English;
• Extracurricular activities (student board- and/or international experience)
