Key Account Associate
As a Key Account Associate you are responsible for supporting our highest value clients. You are their first point of contact throughout the entire client lifecycle. Your job is to manage all incoming client requests, as well as acting as product specialist to consult the key account managers and clients.
You work closely with and report directly to our experienced Key Account Management Team to optimize the clients’ ROI on our products.
- HBO+ degree;
- 0 - 2 years working experience;
- Strong drive and self-starter;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Solution oriented and client focused;
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines;
- Strong team player;
- Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
