BNP Paribas Fortis? ORMIT? What's going on here?
It’s simple, really. By now, you understand how much BNP Paribas Fortis needs digital leaders. But you also get that people aren't born like that. They need to be trained, developed, coached, ... That’s what ORMIT does. And we do it very well.
So you will be working for ORMIT the next 18 months, on BNP Paribas Fortis projects. After successfully completing this period, you will get the opportunity to go and work at BNP Paribas Fortis.
A lot. The next 18 months will be a grade six white-water river. The Digital Leader Programme has been developed especially for you and your colleagues and is aimed at helping you grow into a digital revolution leader.
Your ORMIT-coach will help you to discover your own talentsand competences, and will urge you to take ever-bigger steps as a professional. On top of that, you'll be bombarded with training and intervision sessions, together with your digital colleagues. Questioning yourself is a big part of this process.
The projects you’ll be working on haven’t been decided yet. We told you things are moving fast here ... But you should expect digital-centric challenges: research into the behaviour of online shoppers, development of a talent-app, social media strategies, leanify processes, digital business development
During the next 18 months you will work on three projects in different departments. You will pass by the IT department but also get insight into the business side by working in Marketing, Communication or Operations. Your trainee-colleagues are for example Scrum Master, PMO, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Change Manager or Test Manager and they create new applications, leanify processes and develop social media strategies.
Thanks to the unique ORMIT programme of coaching, training and intervision, you’ll learn to know your own qualities and grown into a top professional in only 18 months.
Leaders are made from .. well ... leadership stuff. A mixture of entrepreneurship, creativity, power to create results and curiosity. In this case, paired with a digital mind-set as well. You can’t go without one in this changing world.
Double-check if your backpack contains a master’s degree and strong communication skills in English. And make sure that you are native French or Dutch and that the second language is good enough for professional use.

- Motivation interview to check your motivation and who you are as a person, followed by online competence tests.
- Selection and assessment day at ORMIT:
- Morning: interview with business case and group exercise.
- Afternoon: role playing, business presentation with BNP Paribas Fortis and a personality test.
