The Home Channel (with customers like Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Superunie, PLUS, DRG, Deen, Coop) has been divided in 3 key customer clusters. Within every cluster, we have an Associate Director together with (Senior) Managers National & Key accounts supported by a Professional National & Key accounts. Our aim is to have the best availability of a wide range of our portfolio in every outlet supported by a strong, tailored promotional program including 2nd placements. In the last 6 years Coca-Cola European Partners Nederland B.V. (CCEP) has been awarded by the Industributietroffee (5x category winner, 3x overall winner), what underlines the professional approach – as an organization - we have with those customers.

The Challenge
The Senior Manager National and Key Accounts Superunie is responsible for growing our business with the buying organization Superunie and two of its biggest members. You will lead large multidisciplinary customer teams including Category Development, Shopper Marketing, Field Sales and Supply Chain.
In this role, you will:
- Complete the yearly negotiations with Superunie headquarters
- Grow the business & build strong relationships with the Superunie members PLUS and Detailresult Groep
- Develop customer plans in line with the overall commercial strategies that will meet our customer targets
- Sell in of customer plans and subsequently negotiating customer agreements that align our investments and the execution of our plan
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure excellent execution of joint customer plans and drive (internal) change that will help to meet the customer needs
- Manage investment budgets to ensure objectives are achieved
This is a role for a passionate sales (wo)man with strong negotiation skills with the ambition to rise to Associate Director level. You are capable of building relationships and connecting with all levels inside and outside the organization in order to get things done. Also, you are capable of keeping an overview, you think fast and take decisions fact-based.
- HBO / academic degree level education
- At least 2-4 years of relevant Key Account Manager or National Account Manager level experience in the FMCG sector (or Category Management/Buying experience in Retail)
- Experience and proven track record with negotiations with customers
- Experience in marketing / shopper marketing / category development is a pré
- Analytical skills
- Strong personality and be a team player
- Broader scope of business / world and be a conceptual thinker
- Getting things done mentality
- Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English
