Promote Reporting Analyst

PepsiCo is looking for a new Promote Reporting Analyst for our Utrecht office - with a Benelux scope. Within this role you'll become the functional expert for Promote (our IT System for planning promotions). You are responsible for guaranteeing the data integrity and providing the key interface between the different user groups (which are Sales, Commercial Analysts, F&R, Safico). You'll ensure the system is set up correctly for Sales and Commercial analysts to create and maintain promotional plans.

Accountabilities

 

  • Own a standard suite of promotion reports and toolkits to drive transparency of PepsiCo's performance and enable our business (users of the system) to make decisions
  • Administration of the Promotional Forecasting System for Netherlands and Belgium
  • Timely and accurate creation of new products in the system, including tarifs, cogs, etc.
  • Set up of the system for following year, to include customer hierarchy and pack price amendments
  • Run forecast cuts at month end and quarterly forecasts. Load overlays as necessary, liaising with Sales Finance teams.
  • Perform monthly audit checks to ensure promotional forecasts are complete including volumes, investments, and ROI
  • Maintain promotional post audit scorecards for Benelux
  • Administration and filing of promotional guidelines
  • Close links with the Sales Support team to ensure process adherence
  • Provide ad-hoc support to team, for example assistance with standard reporting and production of promotion data books
