Account Support Manager

The account support manager actively contributes to the development of a large account (Jumbo) and is responsible for supporting the account manager on several subjects like providing internal- and external information. You work in a complex environment where commercial talent is an important success factor. Within 2 years you should be able to grow into a Junior Account Management position.

Accountabilities

  • Providing all relevant data in order to successfully introduce new products.
  • Providing information like revenue overviews, product- and price information, delivery performance
  • Independently manage the forecasting tool (through solid analyses of actual sales data) and communication towards demand planning department in order to have alignment on production quantities
  • Close cooperation with sales support department regarding to coordination of the promotional program
  • Close cooperation with shopper marketing department regarding to development of shopper activation programs and point of sale materials.
  • Internal & external communication regarding your specific customer
  • Looking for opportunities and taking initiatives to develop growth at specific customer

Key Skills/Experience Required

  • Academic level business administration / business economics
  • 1/2-2 Years experience in a commercial environment
  • Knowledge and skills:
  • Commercial capabilities (time management, communication)
  • Independent, result oriented, initiative, analytical and ambitious
  • Fluently in Dutch and English spoken and in written
