Technical Integration Analyst

Description

In the role of Technical Integration Analyst, you will be a sparring partner for key Flow Traders’ business stakeholders in understanding requirements as well as challenging these and proposing technology solutions based on this dialogue.  As a Technical Integration Analyst, you are responsible for bridging the gap between our business and technology departments and you will learn about Flow Traders’ business inside and out. This role will offer you the unique opportunity to initiate and see through key software development projects and you will be making a direct impact by delivering and safeguarding quality technology solutions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Analysis of exchange (interface) requirements, technical analysis of exchange migrations/updates/upgrades as part of project preparation, (assist in) analyzing exchange specifications and identifying the impacted systems
• Determination of projects' and customers' requirements, work towards deadlines, make sure deadlines are kept 
• Project Management, help planning and defining milestones
• Define solutions and the respective scope
• Liaising with customers (traders, mid, legal, compliance etc.) to understand their needs and find ways to server them better
• Liaising with Development with regards to changes
• Analyze the technology in use and identify possible enhancements
• Improve processes, automate impact analysis
• Identify upcoming obstacles and ways to tackle them
• Organize upcoming changes

Requirements

• University degree
• A strong technical background in software development
• At least 2 years working experience in Business Analysis and/ or Software Development
• You have a lean, Agile approach to Business Analysis and Project Management and you possess the ability to have a high-level approach to complex technology solutions
• You possess an analytical and logical mindset and are practical in finding solutions
• Previous working experience in the Finance/ Trading space would be a plus
• Strong documentation writing skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent written and oral English
