We are expanding the imgZine team and are looking for a Senior Account Manager (+3 years experience).
Your job as Senior Account Manager is to manage the portfolio of our European clients. You will work closely with our consultants, project managers and customer service desk in order to build close and trusted relationships with our clients. You will also be responsible for maximizing the sales opportunities within our existing customer base and provide regular reports and forecasts to our management team.
In your role as Account Manager, you will advice clients on how to take full advantage of the limitless possibilities of our mobile communications platform in the field of internal or external communications. You are familiar with topics like ‘a mobile first strategy’, employee/customer engagement and BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) and know how to link these terms to our platform for the benefit of our customers.
What are we looking for?
- You provide service and support our clients
- You identify potential opportunities within the portfolio of our clients and develop a business development plan to reach them
- You manage and maintain a pipeline and ensure all sales administration is up-to-date using CRM software
- You report wishes and demands for further development of our product
- You have a successful track record in account management – you are able to build strong relationships and have experience with relationship methodologies.
- You have up-to-date knowledge about mobile (corporate) communication, BYOD, mobile first strategy, apps and the latest mobile trends
- You are a confident negotiator and able to ‘close the deal’
- You are capable of hands-on problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions
- You have strong written and oral communication skills in all forms (email, telephone, and presentations)
- You are perfectly fluent in Dutch and English (German is a pre).
- You have a driving license.
