As a senior AI developer at Cupenya you will have the unique chance to be part of a team of highly skilled engineers. We are looking for AI developers that are passionate solving complex algorithmic challenges, who think with the right data you can predict everything and love to build this into real world software that actually solves a problem. Here are some examples of the challenges we will be solving together:
- find new ways to build generic prediction models for workflow and
- enriching our prediction models with external data like traffic or weather information
Our Technology
- Scala and CoffeeScript
- Akka, Akka-Stream, Akka-Cluster, Spray, AngularJS
- MongoDB and ElasticSearch
- At least three years professional experience with Scala, Java or a functional language like Clojure and Haskell.
- Built and worked already on distributed and big data systems, ideally streaming architectures
- Diverse technology knowledge and a sense of curiosity combined with strong problem solving skills.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading a development team.
- Good knowledge of any of the libraries we use: Spray, Akka, Akka-stream or Akka-cluster.
- Experience with databases like MongoDB and ElasticSearch.
- Experience with machine learning.
- Familiarity with computing platforms such as Spark.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Google Compute Engine or Amazon Web Services
