Ads Solutions Consultant
Behind every advertising campaign at Google are systems to make it run. Behind every system is the Ad Serving Operations team to make sure that happens flawlessly. As a member of the team, you are a technical consultant with the dual role of being both client-facing and growing systems from the back-end. An expert in our tools and operations, you provide support, answer field inquiries and troubleshoot client issues. Beyond client-facing issues, your expertise also gives you the insight to recommend product and system improvements to our engineering teams. Your interactions on both sides ensure that when clients advertise with Google, their back-end systems never miss a beat.
As an Ads Solutions Consultant, you will lead and execute projects supporting clients who use DoubleClick Programmatic Marketing products, including Campaign Manager, Bid Manager and Rich Media. These projects will include technical thought leadership on business pitches, product implementations, product upgrades, and custom solutions. With a truly entrepreneurial spirit, you will work on multiple projects concurrently, either independently or on small teams. You'll help customers with product configuration and business process improvement, combining your deep understanding of DoubleClick products to provide best-in-class solutions.

As the technical, functional and industry expert, you will meet and exceed client expectations by proactively providing them with solutions that will have a big impact on their business on an on-going basis. Activities will include: accelerating feature adoption, accelerating cross product usage, running workshops and product audits.
Responsibilities
- Support and partner with Sales teams to provide functional technical and functional needs assessments for prospective clients.
- Maintain relationships with DoubleClick's agency, advertiser and trading desk clients and provide high-touch, solutions-oriented service from a technical and functional perspective.
- Manage reactive client issues sent to Technical Services Associate teams and act as a point of escalation when support teams need assistance.
- Create a smooth and easy cross-product onboarding experience for the client, ensuring excellent service and consulting to assure a future proof setup of their advertising infrastructure. (This can include workshops with multiple agencies and advertiser stakeholders to surface and match business needs with the platforms functionality, training plans, tag and reporting implementation consultancy and implementation project management).

- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in a client-facing technical service environment.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.
- Hands-on working knowledge of HTML5, CSS and JavaScript in online advertising (i.e. banners, websites, apps).
- Agency advertising in programmatic.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to work flexible in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Quickly understand technical concepts, tailor them for non-technical audiences and present confidently.
