Description
We are looking for an energetic hands-on Junior Corporate Recruiter who will be looking after both Flow Traders' general and Campus recruitment activities. You will be working on a global team of 5 recruiters, of which 2 are currently located in the Amsterdam office.
Your position:
- Understand Flow Traders' core business and the specific recruitment requirements for various roles;
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers in order to efficiently fill and anticipate on vacancies, ensuring a clear understanding of job requirements and hiring expectations;
- In charge of the full recruitment lifecycle: from taking job specifications through writing advertisements, management of job postings, screening, interviewing and 'closing' of candidates;
- Active sourcing and market mapping of candidates using social media and other potential venues;
- Act as primary point-of-contact for campus recruitment, develop and maintain relationships with faculties, career offices and students;
- Organize competitive and creative graduate recruitment events;
- Manage candidate application and interview data in Flow Traders' talent acquisition system; using data to report and analyze recruitment activities and make recommendations to management.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant recruitment experience;
- University Degree;
- Experience in using various social media to source candidates;
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills, fluent Dutch and English;
- Assertive, pragmatic and a can-do attitude;
- Ability to multi task and be stress resistant;
- Strong personality with the ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment;
- Ability to travel internationally
