Our equity capital markets practice is integrated in our wider financial markets group. Through this coordinated approach, we can combine expertise on all aspects of securities and financial regulatory laws ranging from transactions, advisory work, compliance matters, litigation and regulatory enforcement.
We are looking for a capital markets lawyer with excellent capital markets and securities law experience. Most, if not all, of the work will have an international dimension and will include some of the largest and most complex capital markets transactions acting for issuers and underwriters. You will be part of a group of capital markets lawyers with a strong and supportive team spirit and an exceptional track record in equity capital markets transactions. Your role will consist of handling a wide range of capital markets transactions, with a particular focus on equity capital markets transactions, supervising more junior lawyers in the team and engaging directly with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Acting for Dutch and international companies and investment banks on equity and debt capital markets transactions
- Acting on a wide range of corporate and restructuring transactions, de-mergers and spin-offs
- Advising listed clients on disclosure and governance issues
Desired skills and expertise:
- Three to five years of relevant capital markets experience
- High quality lawyer with strong technical and commercial background
- Experience at a leading international practice
- Have worked on high profile, complex capital markets and securities transactions
- Fluent in English and excellent drafting skills (English)
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and supervise more junior lawyers
- Effective communicator both orally and in writing
- Able to take on a high degree of responsibility, proactive and committed to providing an excellent service to our clients
