Flow Traders is a leading liquidity provider with headquarters in Amsterdam, and offices worldwide in New York, Singapore and Cluj, Romania.
In this exciting role, you will be working on Flow Traders' Risk and Mid-Office team and reporting into our Global Head of Risk. This role will enable you to get to know our core business thoroughly, by working closely with our trading, institutional trading and risk teams. As a Securities Borrowing and Lending Trader (SBL) you will be responsible for management and improvement of relationships with Flow's clearing members.
Tasks
- Borrowing and lending of stock with our clearing members
- Networking with clearing members and affiliates
- Analysis of current financial instruments stock with clearing members
- Internal management of trading positions, looking for improvement and cost cutting
- BSc or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in a highly commercial consultancy, business development and/or project management role
- Proven track record in relationship management and networking
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills, pro-active disposition and go-getter mentality
- Fluent written and oral English is a must, Dutch is a plus
- Previous working experience in the Finance space is a plus
