Responsibilities
As our new Associate Director Planning and Performance Management you will significantly contribute to our Finance Function Vision to “Be a valued business partner guiding strategic decisions, delivering superior customer service, and driving long-term profitable growth”
This key role is responsible for the various aspects of the Planning and Performance Management (PPM) function for our operations in the Netherlands. You will report directly to the VP Finance NEBU and are member of the NEBU Finance leadership team.
More importantly the successful candidate will be a member of the Dutch Management team and provide the main Finance Business Partner role to the VP Country Director Netherlands and will lead, together with the other members of the Dutch management team, the business from a strategic and tactical perspective.
As a member of the NEBU Finance Leadership Team you will closely collaborate with your peers in Norway, Belgium and Sweden and with the other NEBU Finance Team members that operate across the countries FP&A (Financial Planning & Analyses), RGM (Revenue Growth Management) and OCM (Ownership Cost Management)
· Leading the country PPM team (FTE appr. 5) and have dotted line responsibility for any other Finance employees based in the Netherlands;
· Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closing process;
· Own the end-to-end weekly/monthly forecasting process for Dutch market;
· Long Range Plan, Annual Business Plan and Budget Creation financials;
· Support and challenge the Dutch Commercial team to ensure the plan is delivered: guide customer negotiations with proactive and reactive financial insights;
· Participate in value management projects and guide the new initiative process;
· Define a harmonised Pricing architecture from Base price to Net Price that reflects channel / customer prioritisation and is defensible;
· Standardize and harmonize processes in line with EU/NEBU guidelines executing these processes in the ‘CCE-way’;
· Drive efficiency and effectiveness across the finance function;
· Participate in NEBU and EU projects;
· Represent CCE Netherlands from a Finance perspective as appropriate (Board of Directors updates, external auditors, workers’ councils, unions, etc.).
As we operate in a matrix organization you are also collaborating with the Corporate Finance team, Shared Services organization, Supply Chain Finance and other teams
Bachelor/ Master degree in Accounting, business or finance
Proven track record in a similar role in a multinational organization
Understanding of FMCG business (including key financial drivers and metrics) and dynamics of a public company operating in an international environment
Customer focused mind set and a strong Business Partner skills

Effective Communication and influencing skills
Being able to manage change within an organization
Strong ownership with respect to the performance of the business
Knowledge of / experience with SAP; Advanced Excel/Powerpoint knowledge, including experience with financial
