The Challenge

As Associate Director Sales you will grow our business with Superunie in order to increase the Dutch Coca-Cola consumption. Leading 3 National Account Managers, and Assistant and a large multidisciplinary customer team including Category Development, Shopper Marketing, Field Sales and Supply Chain, this a role for an excellent negotiator and relationship builder, with the ambition to rise to Director level.
Superunie is a buying group (association) with members like PLUS, DRG (DIRK/Deka), Emte, Hoogvliet, Jan Linders. In this role, you will:
· Build strong relationships with all Superunie members
· Complete the yearly negotiations with Superunie HQ
· Grow the business with every member
· Build scale and create bigger platforms to activate
· Motivate and coach team of National Account Managers
· Cooperate with and lead internal multidisciplinary customer team

Qualifications

- At least 6-8 years of relevant KAM or National Account Manager level
- experience in the FMCG sector
- Experience in marketing / shopper marketing / category development is a pré
- Seasoned people manager
- Strong personality, excellent negotiator
- Conceptual thinker, broader scope of business / world
- Excellent communication skills, in Dutch and English
