Are you interested in a traineeship at NN Group? Then this is your chance to experience what it's like to work as a Finance & Risk Trainee with us! During our Inhouseday on Friday 15 March we would like to introduce you to our company and the traineeship. Our trainees will be happy to tell you more about the traineeship and their experiences. This way, you will learn all about the type of work we do, the personal development programme, and what you can do within NN after your traineeship.

Who is it for?
Are you an ambitious university student with a quantitative background? Are you in your final year of your bachelor's or in your master's program? Do you want to know more about what it's like to work at a company where you develop your analytical, technical and personal skills? Then this is the event for you!
You can register until Monday 11 March 12:00 pm at the latest. We will let you know on Wednesday 13 March if you have been invited. If there are enough suitable candidates, the registrations will close earlier.
Is there an opportunity to work internationally during the traineeship?
Yes, one of the rotations offers the possibility to work abroad, giving you valuable international experience within NN Group.
You’ll receive continuous training on finance and risk topics, as well as mentorship from colleagues and leaders to guide your development throughout each rotation.
Projects range from data analysis and financial modeling to risk management tasks, providing hands-on experience in different areas of the Finance & Risk departments.
Yes, upon completion, you’ll transition into a permanent role with options for further career advancement and continued learning opportunities within NN Group.
A Master’s degree in a quantitative field, strong analytical abilities, effective communication, and a proactive attitude are all important for success.
