The Role:

  • Responsible for the placements of our Amsterdam office and BeNeLux operations
  • Managing a pipeline of candidates across numerous roles at once
  • Managing talent initiatives including our recruitment managemet system 'Jobylon'
  • Building job ads on our website, linkedin and other third party platforms to drive traffic and boost leads
  • Managing our Linkedin Recruiter tool license
  • Screening candidates on paper and over the phone prior to meeting face-to-face
  • Managing our internal referral program
  • Managing our internal content sharing system for employees to share key information about Meltwater to boost brand awareness and drive organic traffic for potential candidates
  • Being the first point of contact for agency relationships
  • Managing recruitment budgets and expenses
  • Reporting Monthly to ensure KPI's are being met
  • Working directly with the MD's of each team
  • Focus on content creation, fluent finnish, both written and verbal is a must!

Requirements
  • Dutch speaking
  • Located in the Netherlands (Amsterdam)
  • Relevant academic experience & proven trackrecord in a relevant field
