The Role:
- Responsible for the placements of our Amsterdam office and BeNeLux operations
- Managing a pipeline of candidates across numerous roles at once
- Managing talent initiatives including our recruitment managemet system 'Jobylon'
- Building job ads on our website, linkedin and other third party platforms to drive traffic and boost leads
- Managing our Linkedin Recruiter tool license
- Screening candidates on paper and over the phone prior to meeting face-to-face
- Managing our internal referral program
- Managing our internal content sharing system for employees to share key information about Meltwater to boost brand awareness and drive organic traffic for potential candidates
- Being the first point of contact for agency relationships
- Managing recruitment budgets and expenses
- Reporting Monthly to ensure KPI's are being met
- Working directly with the MD's of each team
- Focus on content creation, fluent finnish, both written and verbal is a must!
- Very autonomous role as you are the main point of contact
- Represent Meltwater across agencies, universities and recruitement supplier platforms
- A key ambassador for employee development throughout Meltwater
