An introduction to SAP Analytics and SAP HANA
Cognizant Technology Solutions are currently looking to expand their global SAP Analytics capability.

SAP Analytics Practice is focussed on accelerating digital transformation for our customers by implementing SAP Analytical solutions. These solutions help customers to gain valuable insights into their business performance. Our solutions include Business Intelligence, Predictive Analytics and Enterprise Performance Management. SAP has launched a new platform – SAP Leonardo Analytics and SAP HANA which is a systematic approach to digital innovation that delivers new mobile, predictive, data visualization, and big data analytics technologies. These are extended by the ability to integrate Machine Learning technologies and IoT.
You will be involved in supporting such initiatives and solutions for our customers working alongside and paired with an experienced SAP Analytics consultants. You will work on implementing SAP HANA Analytics Solutions in one of the reputed large customers in the Netherlands.
- Working on end to end SAP HANA implementations
- Participate in discovery workshops with client
- Deliver solutions using Agile methodologies
- Requirement documentation, Training and UAT support
- Contribute to the practice knowledge hub
- Contribute to the continuous improvement programme
to starting your client engagement, you will attend induction program for graduates where you will learn about our history, vision and culture, our global delivery model and our processes, tools and methodologies (including the Cognizant 2.0 global collaboration & project management tool). You will receive training on client relationship management skills as well as technical training. You will train and certify in relevant HANA competency and be paired with an experienced consultant.
The induction program normally starts in January, May and September. These are also the moments when you will start with Cognizant.
In addition to your day to day project manager and your supervisor, we will assign a mentor from another Cognizant practice to ensure you get all the help and support you need to start your career on the best footing.
As soon as we can we will assign you to a client engagement to work with experienced Cognizant associates delivering solutions as we would like to ensure that you get practical working experience from the beginning. - Business Information Systems/Technology related degree
- Experience of documenting business requirements through the use of workshops
- Knowledge of requirement collation in agile frameworks
- Proactive, good communications skills
- Knowledge of Analytics and Digital Transformation
- Business focused with a passion for IT
- Operates with high Integrity – can and does deliver what they say they will
- Willingness to travel, primary travel locations being within the Europe and some possible global travel. Fluency in Dutch and English is a must with additional languages highly advantageous.
