Graduate Analyst – Junior Business Analyst SAP Hybris

An introduction to SAP Hybris
Cognizant Technology Solutions are currently looking to expand their global SAP Hybris capability.

With a balanced portfolio of SAP Hybris Implementation Projects, Programmes and Application Management Services and through the acquisition of new brands and expansion of existing accounts Cognizant have an exciting and challenging opportunity for graduates wanting to join the SAP Digital practice and work on exiting B2B, B2C and Cloud based digital propositions.
You will be involved in supporting the implementation of Hybris solutions for our customers working alongside and paired with an experienced SAP Hybris Digital consultant. You will work on Hybris Commerce implementations, but not limited to Commerce, taking into account the wider breadth of Marketing, Sales, Service and Revenue Hybris products.
- Working on end to end Hybris solution implementations
- Participate in discovery workshops with client
- Develop and maintain Hybris commerce skills and product knowledge
- Deliver solutions using Agile methodologies
- Requirement documentation, Training and UAT support
- Contribute to the practice knowledge hub
- Contribute to the continuous improvement programme
Prior to starting your client engagement, you will attend a three weeks induction program for graduates abroad where you will learn about our history, vision and culture, our global delivery model and our processes, tools and methodologies (including the Cognizant 2.0 global collaboration & project management tool). You will receive training on client relationship management skills as well as technical training. You will train and certify in relevant Hybris competency and be paired with an experienced consultant.
The induction program normally starts in January, May and September. These are also the moments when you will start with Cognizant.
In addition to your day to day project manager and your AIM supervisor, we will assign a mentor from another Cognizant practice to ensure you get all the help and support you need to start your career on the best footing.
As soon as we can we will assign you to a client engagement to work with experienced Cognizant associates delivering solutions as we would like to ensure that you get practical working experience from the beginning. - Business Information Systems/Technology related degree
- Experience of documenting business requirements through the use of workshops
- Knowledge of requirement collation in agile frameworks
- Proactive, good communications skills
- Knowledge of ecommerce technology and functional segments
- Business focused with a passion for IT
- Operates with high Integrity – can and does deliver what they say they will
- Willingness to travel, primary travel locations being within the Europe and some possible global travel. Fluency in Dutch and English is a must with additional languages highly advantageous.
