The Tony's Business Course Paris takes place on 19 to 24 November, 2023.

Find out what it’s like to walk in the shoes of a BCG consultant, while creating a real impact on some of our clients’ business strategies. Teamed up with a diverse group of talented students and BCG colleagues, you'll discover first-hand what it's like to be a force for good in the world by working as a consultant for us.

During this Tony's Business Course, we will work on a real social impact case together with Tony's Chocolonely!

You will use your excellent quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills, you’ll develop a tailored strategy that addresses your client’s main challenges. Best of all, you’ll be coached by some of our most experienced consultants who can’t wait to help you develop both professionally and personally.

Application process

There are three steps to the application process, so please read the instructions carefully and make sure you upload the right documents on time. Without a complete profile we cannot take your application into consideration.

Step 1) Profile selection

Apply via this link by submitting the following documents:

  • Resume
  • High school transcript
  • University transcript (up to current date)
  • Optional: Cover letter (max 450 words).

*It is not required to explain your motivation. If you wish to do so, you can use this cover letter to provide additional explanation about your profile and the provided documents

Step 2) Online Assessment Environment

If we decide to take your application forward, we’ll invite you to complete the Online Assessment Environment. You will make this between September 29 and October 8, 2023. The Online Assessment Environment consists of two parts:

Part 1 - Online Case

This assessment is a 30-minute virtual case experience consisting of a mix of qualitative questions, business logic, and analytical problem solving.

Part 2 - Reasoning Test

This assessment is a 40-minute virtual reasoning test in which you interpret graphs, draw quantitative conclusions based on available information and make calculations. You may use a calculator.

You will also receive the invitation to the practice tests so that you can start the Online Environment well prepared.

Step 3) Business Course interviews

If you pass the online assessments, you’ll be invited to the final round. This consists of two interviews lasting 60 minutes each and they both have a business case and an interpersonal part.

You will have a preparation call with one of our team members before the first interviews which will be held on October 11 from 17:30-19:30.

The interviews will be held on either 18, 19 20, 25, 26, 27 October, 2023. After the interviews, we’ll let you know whether your application has been successful.
