Grow with BCG Female Mentor Program
This program gives you the unique opportunity to get to know your strengths, maximize your potential, and connect with inspiring women. Are you in an early stage of your studies and are you passionate about growth?
From November 2021 to April 2022, we will enroll 10 top female students in this 6-month program. Each participant will be assigned a female BCG senior mentor.
Our program offers you 6 workshops provided by inspiring women from BCG, including social activities. Through interactive sessions with professional actors and trainers you will get the best out of yourself, work together, grow, and reflect. Furthermore, you will have one-on-one sessions with your mentor.
We're looking for Dutch- speaking female students from all fields of study with intellectual curiosity, and great ambition!
The application process consists of two steps:
Step 1: Online Application
Apply before September 10, 2021 by submitting the following documents:
- Resume
- High school transcripts
- Bachelor university transcripts (so far)
- Cover letter (max. 450 words)
Please answer the below questions in your cover letter (feel free to share personal experiences and stories):
- Why should we choose you as a mentee for this program?
- What would you like to learn during this program?
- How would you benefit from having a BCG mentor?
Step 2: Online Test (QMT) + Virtual Interviews
If you have passed the online application round, you'll be invited to complete a quantitative math test (QMT): an online assessment that tests your quantitative skills, logic thinking, and business sense.
Next to the QMT, this round consists out of two virtual interviews —each lasting 30 minutes.
