What impact will you make?

As an Executive Rewards Analyst, you will be part of a
dynamic and energetic team advising clients (in and
outside the Netherlands) on everything involved in
attracting, retaining and motivating their talent at the
highest level through rewards. We do this by working
closely with our clients at the intersection of HR,
Finance, Strategy, Tax, Legal & Communications. In
doing so, you help the Supervisory Board and the
C-suite make the right decisions around (executive)
rewards, while these decisions increasingly make the
front pages of newspapers.

How do you do this?
  • Use your analytical and creative skills to understand corporate challenges and translate them into a tailored, effective, compensation strategy;
  • work with multidisciplinary colleagues to produce high-quality analyses and reports, on the basis of which the Supervisory Board or C-suite can make decisions;
  • apply your social skills to build your network and relationships with clients and other professionals in our area of expertise - and, of course, within Deloitte;
  • build a career that combines substantive, commercial and people skills With a team of experienced Executive Rewards professionals, we set up this practice within Deloitte from scratch in early 2022, aiming to challenge conventional thinking and help our clients make better decisions. We are growing rapidly and our ambition is to accelerate this growth by expanding our team.

  • completed WO education; we are open to different study backgrounds;
  • analytical, conceptual and creative ability to solve complex problems - always in consultation with colleagues and clients;

  • ability to work well together with your (in)direct colleagues and to solve problems as a team.
