Main deliverables

Support the Sales & Marketing Directors in developing/creating channel strategy and plans, including driving customer segmentation and mix choices;
Responsible within annual build plan for customer mix changes and trade spend allocation decisions agreed with channel directors;
Build the other drivers of growth and mix into the annual channel plan: distribution, space, location and display; brand events and other strategic initiatives
Develop the detailed channel price increase execution plan and value creation story to trade based on price and promotion team strategy and broader team input;
Responsible for building the detailed channel/customer promo plan based on price and promotion team strategy;
Responsible for the on-going tracking and course correction of the ABP and recommending refinements and course changes, building contingency scenario plans and stewardship of customer exceptions to the plan and read across;

Qualifications

- Master’s Degree (strategic management, finance or eq.).
- 6 to 8 years of work experience as a strategy consultant or as a Senior Manager RGM within a FMCG or commercial environment.
- You are ambitious and you have potential to grow further in our organization.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
