Stagiair(e) Sales Intern

What does the internship involve?

PepsiCo is looking for independent, enthusiastic and ambitious intern for the Sales Team, for a period of 6 months from August 2021 onwards. The team consists of Sales Managers, Account Managers, Account Support and Commercial Finance. Within our departments we are looking for a sales intern, which focuses on 2 different buying groups: 

1. Sales Away from Home: Participate in daily work focusing on foodservice (e.g., Centerparcs, Johan Cruijf Arena, Shell) and wholesalers (e.g., Sligro, Bidfood) - 60% of your time. 

2. Sales Non-Food Retail & Hard Discounters: Participate in daily work focusing on Non-Food Retail (e.g., Kruidvat, Action & Big Bazar), and Hard Discounters (e.g., Aldi & Lidl) - 40% of your time.

Broadly, your job will involve: 

• Supporting the sales teams in all daily & ad hoc (multi-disciplinary) projects (with category management, e-Commerce, shopper marketing, etc.). Such as; supporting the B2B e-Commerce team with their customers and strategic planning 

• Contributing to preparations needed for different internal & external meetings. 

• Supporting the roll-out of account plans. 

• Participating in ongoing projects with for example new products or go to markets. 

• Tracking and analyzing of customer performance and present back to the sales teams. 

• Weekly Store visits.
