Recruiting process

  1. Application

This can be for a specific vacancy or be an open application.

  1. First notifications

We will tell you if there is no opportunity matching your profile or requirements, or contact you to schedule a first interview if your profile matches the job opportunity.

  1.  Interview process

You will have two to five interviews, both with operational and HR people. 

  1. Offer, contract and induction

If you are successful, we will make you a written offer, issue you with a contract and start the induction process.
