How to apply
Would you like to experience life working for one of the world’s most successful and innovative companies? Then your first step is to send us the following in either English or Dutch before 11 April: your resume, a motivation letter and your grade list. In your motivation letter we would like you to answer the following questions:

- Why do you want to work for Vodafone?
- Why a traineeship?
When registering your account, write down your password so you do not forget it, you might need it again during the selection process.
After we have received your resume, motivation letter and grade list we will evaluate your application. In case we see an initial match, you will be invited to do an online assessment. The score you achieve with this assessment will help us to evaluate and decide if we will invite you for one of our Discover Days on 15, 22 or 25 April. During the Discover Days you’ll have the opportunity to show us what you are capable of and last but not least: we can show you what our world and organisation looks like! If we see you have the right potential, we will invite you to the last Selection Day on 13 or 17 May.

Discover your potential in 1 year
Our traineeship is a great way to start your career. During your one year programme you will work on real business projects, with real responsibility gaining high business exposure from day one. In total, you will work on three 4-months project in several areas of our organization. Your first and third project will be in one of our commercial departments. Your placement areas could be: Retail, Consumer, Enterprise or Operations. This way you can truly get to know the ins and outs of our commercial business, discover where your interests lie and deepen your understanding of commerce. To help you broaden your knowledge and skills, you will also get the opportunity to do one project in another part of our business such as IT, finance or HR. Having a well-rounded skillset will enable you to have that personal impact you are looking for and to make a real difference.
Besides working on projects that will challenge you, we are also committed to develop your potential in other ways. So you can expect plenty of support and guidance throughout your traineeship. From training sessions geared towards your personal development, job specific training and the support and guidance of our HR colleagues, your line manager, project manager and personal buddy (always an ex-trainee) – you will get all the tools you need to shape your own professional-journey.
Your base-location is related to your project, but most projects will be at our office in Amsterdam and some in Maastricht.
