Your challenge

Are you the enthusiastic, talented intern we’re looking for?

Crystal, an acronym for Critical System Engineering Acceleration, is a European subsidized joint undertaking that takes up the challenge to establish and push forward an Interoperability Specification (IOS) and a Reference Technology Platform (RTP) for model-driven development tooling as a European standard for safety-critical systems. In order to reach this goal, Crystal is driven by real-world industrial use cases from the automotive, aerospace, rail and health sector, with the support of engineering tool vendors.

Within this setting, Philips is offering an internship position for a student skilled in computer sciences or software engineering, who can assist in the development of software for a demonstrator and prototype that extends the functionality of one of its publically available engineering tools. The selection of the most appropriate tooling interface and programming environment can be part of the assignment.
