We are seeking an Abode Experience Partner to join our growing team.
The Experience Partner serves at the core of demand generation for Cognizant Moment services - balancing sales, solutioning, storytelling, and account management. The Experience Partner is a component of a broader Cognizant Moment Experience Partner organization including Proposal Response and Program/Project Management.
The combined organization measures its success on both total contract value (TCV) targets and client satisfaction, with a particular goal to grow existing Cognizant clients in new buying centers.
The Moment Experience Partner works directly with the market/industry account client partner team as well as adjacent service lines to build solutions and support client needs.
Who you are:
Your role will involve identifying opportunities and winning incredible work that shapes the future of our clients’ digital products and strategies. You have a history of business development and sales, storytelling, and client/account management – serving as a strategic advisor and building trust over time.
You may have come from a digital agency or consultancy, where you were a client partner/ account executive for one or more large accounts or served in some type of sales or solutioning role. You have experience working with life science and healthcare clients and knowledge of the global LS and US Healthcare marketplace (payer, provider, Payvider/IDN).
What the work is:
The Experience Partner has four areas of responsibility:
- Generate demand for Cognizant Moment, focused on Adobe, but also including other platforms such as SalesForce and Experience/CX services – you’ll work to understand trends and align capabilities to leverage opportunities for Life science and healthcare clients. Your work will include crafting a sales plan, leading a pipeline of opportunities, and working with clients to build on problem statements that serve as guideposts for innovative solutioning. - Build compelling solutions - The Adobe Experience Partner leads Sales, Solutioning, Storytelling, and Account Servicing for Cognizant Moment with the specific focus on the Adobe Experience Cloud and Platform.You will assemble and lead pursuit teams with appropriate skills to help your clients solve for their biggest challenges and address critical problem statements. You’ll be accountable for the story, the structure of the deal, and pricing/profitability.
- Be a trusted advisor to your clients – you’ll actively seek to establish relationships with key client stakeholders who focus on growth within life science and healthcare (typically patient, HCP, member, provider, marketing, technology & product, and business division leaders). You will be accountable for client satisfaction, and you will proactively generate thought leadership that supports your clients’ desire to look ahead and anticipate the evolving market. You will understand client needs, activate Cognizant Moment and related capabilities to solution against client needs
- Collaborate Across Cognizant – you’ll be the point person to assemble skills – within Cognizant Moment and across the organization – to respond to client needs. You’ll work closely with internal account teams to plan and run existing clients. You’ll work with Consulting and other parts of Cognizant like Data and Engineering, to ensure the best people are working toward an ideal solution.
What you bring:
Key capabilities you’ll need for the role include:
- Strategic problem solving: ability to understand business challenges and requirements from the customer’s perspective, as well as industry trends, and translating them into experience solutions that generate growth
- Market/Industry prowess: Deep understanding of how the life science and healthcare spaces work from clinical to commercial, enrollment to communications, pharmacy and regulatory.
- Experience working with payer and provider and life science clients
- Experience Expertise in Adobe full stack capabilities
- Additional experience in Digital Experience Platforms as well as Design, Marketing, Content, Commerce, Learning
- Travel: as required to be onsite with clients on a regular basis
- Executive Presence: Effective executive communication skills to clearly articulate solution vision and demonstrate solutions in a simple but compelling way. You’ll also need to be able to create your own compelling presentations.
- Relationship management: Outstanding interpersonal abilities; skilled in handling relationships with customers, market teams, and other practice experts.
- Commercial knowledge: Ability to analyze sales opportunities and qualify leads and opportunities. Need expertise in crafting pitches/proposals, GTM, and sales plans.

The annual salary for this position is between $150K – $170K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
