The work

As CMT Management intern, you will work directly with the client in a team of young and enthusiastic colleagues. You help leading organizations at one of our Software and Platforms clients to solve their most complex business problems, whilst continuously developing your market-relevant knowledge, your advisory and commercial skills.

Team

As an intern you will be working with members of the CMT practice in the Netherlands but also with colleagues from our Song service.

Potential Topics

As an intern, you will work on real-world projects with one of our Software & Platforms clients while writing your thesis on a relevant topic. We've identified three potential thesis themes within the Marketing domain and are currently accepting applications for each. We’re excited to hear your perspective and learn what kind of research question you would propose. Our goal is to bring academic insight into these highly practical topics and we're eager to see how your ideas can bridge both worlds.

• Transform customer engagement through data-driven intelligence (increase effectiveness and drive efficiencies)
• Drive GTV uplift with Retail Media and Ad Sales/Inside Sales
• Influence of GenAI on the Sales and Marketing Operating Model

Qualification

Who you are

• You are currently a master's student and will be enrolled at a Dutch university for the full length of your internship
• You have an academic background in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering
• You are Fluent in English

Bonus points if you...

• Have done extra-curricular activities such as a board year or internship.
• You have done an internship in strategy consulting
