Als starter bij Abbott ontvang je een bruto jaarsalaris van ongeveer €44.738, afhankelijk van de functie en ervaring. Salarisgroei is gebaseerd op prestaties, ervaring en marktconformiteit. Daarnaast biedt Abbott uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een pensioenregeling en opleidingsmogelijkheden.
