Job Description

To strengthen our Finance team we are looking for a Manager FP&A Logistics AN.

As Manager FP&A Logistics Abbott Nutrition (AN), The Netherlands, you will lead a team of two finance professionals and manage all in-country FP&A activities for International Logistics Abbott Nutrition. You will play a key role in strategic planning, financial analysis, and decision support, while fostering talent development and driving continuous improvement. The FP&A AN team in the Netherlands provides comprehensive financial and business support, with a strong focus on planning and analysis for AN Finance and Operations management. The team plays a vital role as a sparring partner, delivering high-quality information, detailed analysis, and actionable business insights that make a difference every day. The Manager FP&A Logistics AN contributes directly to Abbott’s long-term strategy, supports annual business priorities, and drives impactful results—setting the stage for future success.

In this role, you will collaborate with:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A processes including Last Best Estimate (LBE), Annual Plan, and Capital budgeting
• Balance sheet oversight, including inventory levels
• Deliver monthly performance analysis and KPI reporting
• Provide insights to local and divisional finance teams
• Support business reviews and ad-hoc financial analysis
• Drive change and improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Abbott’s accounting principles
• Lead and develop a team of two (senior) financial analysts
• Act as a trusted financial partner for business decisions

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Business Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar international finance roles
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and reporting standards
• Proven leadership experience or potential
• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
• Curious by nature and always finding the best ways to approach stakeholders
• Used to achieving deadlines and targets individually but also within a team
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
