Turning ambition into action
Heerema is starting up a technical business trainee ship. In this trainee ship you have to show your added value as of day one: it's not about hopping from one department to another, it is about delivering clear results while being trained and challenged in a fast track development program. This program will expose you to the real business issues we are facing - you will have to come up with the answers! To support you in finding the right answers, you will be trained in leadership skills and the 'hard' stuff, from project management to customer intimacy, from safety to financial management.
Programma
As Engineer you will join the Technology department and work in project teams supporting the preparation and execution of the projects offshore. You will participate in a in house training program to get the right skills, knowledge and tools to deliver real added value to our customers as soon as possible.
To get a better understanding of our business you will go offshore for at least for a period of 5 weeks on board of one of the largest crane vessels in the world; you also will have to contribute to the exection of a construction project for a period in one of our yards.
On top of this, business cases, excellent business education and in-house training is scheduled into your diary on a regular base. Through the year, you will have to work together with your peers in the program to convince Heerema that you really are the business talent that we are looking for.
Kandidaat
It is clear that we are looking for the top notch:
- a bachelor, or preferably a masters, degree in engineering
- excellent business acumen
