Description

In the Air France-KLM Procurement organisation, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself as a procurement specialist and future-oriented procurement manager. You will complete three assignments in the Procurement organisation with your own responsibilities and targets. What characterises the programme? In the two-year programme, you will manage three projects for different parts of the Procurement organisation. The projects have clear objectives and are diverse in nature. For example, some projects aim to align specifications between Air France and KLM, while others focus on interaction between the business and Procurement, or deal with the development of commodity strategies. The complexity and difficulty of the projects increase over the two-year period. Naturally, your skills and knowledge will be actively developed through coaching and training modules. In a relatively short period of time, you will get to know the ins and outs of the Air France-KLM Procurement organization.

Your profile

Have you recently obtained your Master's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Marketing, Procurement /Purchasing Management, or similar studies) and are you eager to develop a procurement career? Is an international and dynamic business environment appealing to you? We are looking for you! Work experience is not required for the program; we are looking for recently graduated students with a background in purchasing who are:
